T6 tax class as dealer didn’t submit V5

Good afternoon

I have to fill in a V62 as the dealer hasn't filed for a V5.
It has asked me what tax class the vehicle is (Private light goods/Petrol car, Disabled etc)

I purchased the vehicle as a panel van but have a window and seats put in already, what is the best tax class to put down, as I presume if it is a van I can only do 60mph on dual carriageways but if a camper van (or whatever the tax class is) I can do 70mph ???

I look forward to the advice....

There is a recent post on another thread stating dealers can nominate the vehicle as a motor caravan even if it isn't, at first registration.....

The last time I heard of a dealer not submitting for a V5 the vehicle turned out to be a Cat D write off being sold as good.
Check and make sure.

Thank you, dealership has filled in the V5 online as they had not done it yet. V5 back to me in 2 to 3 weeks so my plate can be put on.
