One of my side sliding doors won't open on my Caravelle.
It is a manual door but with power latching. The exterior handle allows the door to open a few mm and you can hear the power latch motor working, but I can't then slide the door open further. If I let go of the door handle and push the door back in a bit, the power latch mechanism will properly close it again - flush and secure.
Unfortunately I can't open from the inside as I have child locks on.
I suspect that there is something jamming the mechanism, particularly as I replaced the black cover on the lower slider mechanism recently, so that has possibly worked loose.
Any ideas? Is it worth trying to remove the door card myself to have a poke around?
