Ah, thanks. I thought mine had gone for a walk when it was first serviced. My experience with garages in the past is that approximately 50% of the under tray fixings get forgotten and eventually someone just leaves it off.

I was just concerned that if it was meant to have one, water ingress in the winter would screw up some of the electrical connections etc.

Hmmmm.... wonder if it reduces noise/fuel consumption much......

@Manu. Quite a few of us here on T6F have got the under tray that Dellmassive points to and I'm very happy with mine. Cheap as chips and a 10 minute job to fit (even for an idiot like me).

As per Ayjay…..took me about 30 mins as bolt holes bit tight and needed some wd40 to assist new bolts. Very happy with mine. Could not believe these are not fitted as standard to every van. Bloody P**s take when you think how much even a base pv costs.

They are M8 (1.25mm thread pitch).

The tapping business is a bit too much like proper engineering to me but I did use some copper grease.
