Are you using the VIN and not the allocated country registration number?
AFAIK there is no online manuals, the VIN entry website is (was) for cars only, i havent found one that works for vans

The link I posted in the VIP thread works fine for my van (6.1 era) - unfortunately there is no way of downloading nor bookmarking so you have to enter your VIN each visit which is a faff...
@roadtripper can you pm your vin please
