Kev, looked at this companies work before, they do a lovely job. My problem is I live North West so a bit far to go for me. I am looking for a good carpet/ sound-proofing company north west if anyone can recommend !
Hi, I’m going through the same process and from north west so just wondering if you had it done and would you recommend them. Thanks.

Can I purchase the cabin matching ceiling lining please? and do you foam line it first cheers

Something a little brighter-

We got asked to do a interior on a LWB after it had a Hilo poptop fitted, the customer wanted a different finish and colour to match the new pop top, and found us as no one also wanted to do it

We started by adding our 3 stage sound proofing,.

Anthracite carpet was added to the metal work, seamless around the tailgate opening, no nasty joins

Then we manufactured our custom panels, these allowed us to fit them without any fixings on show, recesses to clear the wheel arch and around handles etc. We then trimmed them in matching orange marine vinyl to matching the poptop canvas

Full electrics were added, with mains hook up, quality CBE sockets, and lighting

Webasto diesel heater fitted with full silencers, 7 day timer

Lastly we added fixed side window to sliding door, dummy window to rear offside and tailgate window .

One very bright Transporter.

T6 owner dropped his vehicle off this week, he had already completed the sound proofing, windows and the floor with rails, which made it tricky to carpet line as it couldn’t be removed.
We lined it in 2 tone grey, seamless around tailgate opening, no nasty joins here. And our manufactured full length panels with no clips hidden under the carpet or screws on show, they look like they are stuck on, (they are not).
Cabin matching ceiling trim to keep it light inside and less claustrophobic
Splash of blue was added along its 6 warm white lights with a 3 way switch
Pioneer rear speakers were added, hooked up to the excellent Kenwood DNX8180dabs and reverse camera
Lastly full electrics were added using the Ctek d250sa and mains hook up with various of good quality usb,240 and 12v sockets added to customers requirements

Nick the owner of this nice T6 Kombie came back to us for his second upgrade, we originally did our signature audio setup powered by the great looking Alpine X802du

While he was waiting before he could bring it to us he sound deaden and insulated the rear.

Then we carpet lined the metalwork in black, seamless around the tailgate opening, then using our 6mm panels with complete hidden fixings, even if we didn’t trim them and left them bare you cannot see anything, we recessed the sliding doors and around the tailgate handles etc

The Panels were timed how Nick wanted them, half in black carpet and the rest in the vinyl whiched matched other red detailing in the cab

We added the cabin matching ceiling trim to help keep it light inside and less claustrophobic with 4 lights on a 3 way switch on/odd/door

Lights in the tailgate along with CBE usb sockets

Lastly we added a AGM leisure battery with a Ctek D250sa

Pictures of some of the work we completed this week

Brand new Sportline in for our most popular Audio and lining package-
3 stage sound proofing through out
2 tone carpet lining, which features seamless around the tailgate opening, no joins or folds here. And our panel set which have no fixings on show, you cannot even feel them, with recesses around handles and losing door to make them look less boring
Cabin matching ceiling trim to keep it light inside and less claustrophobic
The usual light and sockets were added to customer spec
We then added the superb Alpine X802du with integration of the MFD, MFSW, factory camera and parking sensors.
The Alpine was hooked up to our signature audio setup, using JL XD multi channel amp, JL 10w1 sub in our custom underseat sub enclosure and Hertz front components

Super impressed by some of these colour combos and workmanship. The blue looks in the pictures close to the Acapulco blue that I have.
One question, on your panelling, is it sturdy enough to have fittings screwed or bolted to it?
I’m thinking anchor points for bikes, a wake board rack etc

I suggest you installing rivnuts in the metal work either side of the panels, or through the panel to where there is metalwork behind

Perhaps a stupid question but!
How do you manage to trim around the seatbelt where it exits through the C pillar without slitting the material?

Not sure what you mean, but it all comes apparent when you do lining
