T6 Bike Rack - Spares and Rivets

@pezzas @Pauly The shaft on the rivets I have are 3.6mm Diameter on the large side for a hand rivet gun.

How long to put back together do you reckon?

Much quicker than taking it apart.

About 2 hours with greasing and lubing all the parts.

I took loads of photos on my phone to help.

Very nice! what colour is the powder coat? mine (a Fiamma), is at the powder coaters now being done in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey.

I believe the VW 4 bike bike tailgate carrier is manufactured by Thule and I see they now have a 2 bike carrier that looks very similar called the Thule WanderWay 2

Thanks. I have the T5 style T6 rack which the diagrams above were for - but i suspect they made the T5 style one so will see if I can find spares for those
