T6.1 USB C ports - ignition or permanent live ?

Should the USB C ports on the T6.1 always be live with the ignition off?

Should the USB C ports on the T6.1 always be live with the ignition off?

My thoughts would be that they’d stay live for a few mins after turning off the ignition ie for as long as the radio would stay live

Not sure but either off or time delayed off to protect starter battery
