T6.1 How to "fold out" electric side mirror?

Hi Everyone,

A Novice here with electrics; Can someone point me in the right direction please?

(1) Left Passenger window stopped opening and closing (closed at the moment);

more importantly...

(2) This morning, I turned the dial to try the side mirror "fold-in"; and it only did it on the Driver's Side. Now I am unable to fold-out the mirror! Turning the ignition on doesn't "fold it out". Is there an override whereupon I can do it manually if all else fails?

Any help, gratefully received.

Mine sometimes gets confused when I've turned the know without the ignition on. With the ignition on turn it to the folded position until the other mirror folds in then turn to the normal position. If that doesn't work try it again but with some gentle pressure on the to fold it out. HTH

Thank you; hit a natural break in work, so I'll give it a go now. Keep you posted....

I did the manual thing by physically turning the wing mirror back out!

Now to work out why the left passenger window doesn’t go down.
