Hi can any one help with this problem it’s my cousins van done it a few times now when codes r read they is loads a lot of them some said communication error between modules but need to get it full scan with vcds I haven’t read codes this time round this is a video of the problem open and shut bonnet van starts thanks

Hi robbert yes it’s had a towing electrics put on witch was a genuine kit from TPs and factory led lights fitted with a kuftec loom I did wonder about the connection to the gateway module behind the clocks

a local Garrage did the coding for tow bar loom they got the coding of vw or Odis can’t remember but they coded it wrong the tow bar electrics would not work van went to vw they said it was installed incorrectly but when I posted a copy of coding on here it was coded for a different country so another member gave us a different coding and it all worked as it should
Yes, particularly CAN-BUS wiring.
