T6.1 DSG Failure?

Good news: Van now back with us. It was driven back to us from Birmingham Van Centre and has had no further issues on the 1.5r drive. Yippee!
Bad new: It has arrived back with a nice gouge and scratches in the passenger-side front alloy along with obvious kerb scraping marks on tyre.

Sigh. Call made, photos sent, awaiting excuses.

Final update, and I'll bugger off and stop moaning :)

They've admitted fault and say it looks like damage from fitting new tyres (which apprantley they did as a good-will gesture - but didn't tell me). They've agreed to send out somebody with a new wheel & tyre to replace at our home. Happy with that.

This marks (I hope) the end of the saga. Now on to deciding on some fun upgrades, but first.... Cornwall here we come!

So just to clarify, as a “goodwill gesture” they damaged one of your wheels and returned your van hoping that you wouldn’t notice, only admitting to it when you contacted them.
