T6.1 dash cam hardwire

Morning all.
want to hard wire my garmin 56. Have ordered the hardwire kit & piggyback fuses.
can I connect to these fuses under the passenger seat?

No reason why not. You will need to decide if the camera is to be wired permanent or Ignition live. You will need to confirm with a test light/ multimeter.
