I’m about to install a 30mm lift kit on my T6 (T32 model).

I’ve searched through the forum but haven’t been able to find any detailed “how-to” guides for fitting both the front and rear suspension.

For those who have already done the install, could you please share some tips or perhaps a step-by-step guide?

Remove top nut, drop link and the two hub bolts. Then man handle the assemble out. Way easier than T30. I can do a set of coilovers on a T32 in 2 hrs on my drive.

Found this tip... are there any more?

I fitted a 30 mm lift kit to my t6 (with help from my mate who is an excellent mechanic) last year and found the YouTube videos done by THQ very helpful. Cover many does and don’t s.

I did my T32 suspension on my drive - took waaaay longer than anticipated due to the drop link bolts being seized on and the lower shock mount bolts being absolutely solid! Ended up cutting the drop links off with an angle grinder and replacing for uprated ones, then the allen key slot in the top of the damper sheered whilst trying to undo the top nut to release the spring tension!! 🤬
This Autodoc Video on YouTube is pretty handy - the two lower bolts on the damper were an absolute pig to undo as they're highly torqued and usually pretty crusty. I needed a long extension bar and impact wrench to undo and re-tighten (advisable to soak all the bolts the day before in penetrating oil).
The rear is a doddle. Just undo the anti-roll bar clamps so you can let the rear swing arms drop down far enough to remove the spring.
