Ok so I've been doing a little research this morning and have come accross a 265/40/20 104 tyre. It's still not ideal, and is oversize, but is nearer to where we need to be. This, with a ET40 8.5/9x20 wheel should give us the little extra clearance we need - 10 mm or so. I'm in the process of ordering tyres and wheels and will report back.
I run 275/40/19 105r on 19"9.5" ET35 all round low on b14s , only touch i get is if i hit a pop hole. The fronts touch the arch ,but i think if i had gone 265 that would have helped the fronts. Rears have 10mm spacers too.

A 275 40 19 is as perfect a size in 19 as 275 35 is in 20. You'll just need a heat gun for the inner arch. Is it probably touching on the outer lip on a pot hole?
Correct.... just needs a tweek with the hot air when i get a min, then i can drop it the last 5mm, and that is fully down on the B14s .
Nice work. I found fully down a bit too bouncy. I run at 15mm up but want to go to 5mm up
OK ...so I think I'm getting closer to where I need to be....20x9 et35 with 265/40/20 104 rated tyres on the front 20x10 et35/40 275/40/20's on the rear.......how much of an issue would the rubbing be? If this size is an issue I'm going to admit defeat and start a new search for 19s...
Yes, I'm running 20" ATS Temperament wheels (load rated for a T32) with B14's down pretty low. I have 275/40/20 get a lot of rubbing it!!

Yes, but all dependant on tyres and offset, so not sure how much . Should know more this coming week, once we test fit the 265/40/20. Still trying to find a decent black 8.5/9x20 with on offset of 40. Will keep you all in the loop
@BognorMotors love the oz wheels just like I had on my Evo , I'm waiting for my t30 kombi to arrive , what's the specs on yours ? Going 30mm lowered springs hopefully should look good with the 20"s , cheers
Hello. They are a lovely wheel and perfect for the T30 weight rating wise. They are an 8.5x20 ET40. We ran a 275/35 on them.
Thanks for this , with a 30mm lower I shouldn't get any rubbing issues I would hope ? Et 40 should give it a nice flush fit , do you have any more pictures of the van with them and where do you recommend I purchase from ? Sorry for all the questions but do appreciate your input
