Subtle orange bits

hi all

Excited to be taking delivery of a new T6 Kombi 204 dsg 4motion as a company car

Keen to put some subtle orange bits on that are easily removable after 3 years

Orange inserts in grille and tailgate VW badge

Grille with one of the grille fins in orange

Orange mirror covers (as long as they don't look naff)

Keen to add a bit of personalisation but as it's a company vehicle it's subtle only im afraid

Any advice on how to / where would be appreciated (im Lancashire based)

What colour is the van that you have gone for?.

Mirrors and grill etc can be wrapped.. badges can be sprayed or wraped in sections I think?.

Mines a company van as well but I am afraid I've added more than a few subtle changes .

Hi Fish, I went for Iridium grey, sportline two colour wheels, rear spoiler and side pipes

like the idea of the wrapping, just need to see where does it and how much it costs.

would like these bits that are red in orange, plus an orange background to the VW badge

Nice looking van you've got there mate

Orange is my favourite colour, favourite mountain bike brand and Tango14 is an old radio call sign from when I fixed washing machines 150 years ago

Why don't you buy some duck tape and give that a try first, before committing to paint. That's what I have done, although mine has been on over 6 months now.

You can get quite a selection from The Range at only £3. You can get the bottom grill done in one piece. So you would need a couple at least to get clean lines with no joints.

@Tango14 IMHO there is nothing subtle about orange which is why it is used for road working vehicles in France . However, it may not be subtle, but carefully used it can look tasteful

Its like kawasaki green i love the colour but its in ya face ,small splashes of colour is discrete and nice

Ditto on the Kawasaki Green. Loved the colour of my old Ninja ZX6R.

@Tango14 I think world of carbon sell the grill strips in orange.

I'm going to stick Mercedes and Petronas stickers all over mine and paint it grey. Oh and whack a big fin on the roof.

Only the keenest geek will realise my 2.7 tonne metal semi house isn't actually a 650kg F1 car.

Yes I've nearly done a 10 month stretch at HMP BERWYN maybe another 3 month to go if im a good lad and pull me finger out
