Wheels are ordered trying to decide on tyre size ? What are you all running ? 20” 8.5 front 10 rear ?

All sorted now sorry for the wasted post

255/35 front and 275/35 rear
Cheers

Would it be possible to run 275/35 front and back or would fronts catch on arches?
I'm sure I read on here that some were using same size,on staggered setup.

Would 265 40 20 fit with no rubbing I’m thinking of fitting this on a 20 x 9 with 45 offset

Can’t get a 103 any more. Pirelli stopped doing it!

I is that 275/35/20 103 rated because when I looked them up I can only find them in 102 rated
You can’t get that size tyre with a 103 rating. They only used to be made by Pirelli; I heard they were specifically for the Bentley, but don’t know how true that is, but they stopped making them. Goodness knows what Bentley use instead now.
So whilst you can still get 275/35/20, you can’t put them on a T32 if you want to stay legal.

I thought you couldn’t as I looked all over I just saw that he had a t32 so was what he had done. I prefer 245 or 255 up front like most sport cars run with 275 rears it just hard getting the profile small enough and keep over 103 rating

Heck- this tyre / wheel thing is so confusing and complicated. I’ve got some 20” Range Rover wheel and tbh not sure I should have as sorting out the correct tyres for a velle seems a nightmare.
I’ve been told 235/40/20 but can’t get them with the correct load rating (I think for the velle 102 would be ok - 850kg) looked at loads of websites for info but so confused:thumbsdown:
I’ve seen on some of the wheel retailer sites they would fit 275/45/20 to a 8 1/2 J rim which means getting a load rated tyre straight forward, but having been told I should fit a 235 profile has been totally confused.
Has anyone fitted 20” 81/2J rims with 275/45/20 tyres and if so any probs with rubbing?

You can put a 275/35/20 or 265/40/20 on there - Near on the perfect size, both available in the correct rating, and works on both wheel width sizes above - Although it is recommended the 275 is too wide for an 8.5" - We've fitted loads with no issues

Just went and measured my tyres 245/45/20 103 front on 8.5rims and 275/40/20 106 rear on 10 in”rims and they are the same height and roll in profile
