Squeaking from engine

Hi all, when I start up my T6 there’s a squeaking sound coming from the engine…a while back I has the recall work done and also the timing chain at the same time as recommended, lately I’m getting this squeaking from the engine particularly noticeable on cold starts…I’m really worried that it could be something serious.

Worth looking up aux belt tensioner noise on here. Mine used to squeak on startup.

Fitted a new tensioner and belt and it’s been good as good.

I poured some water onto the belt whilst engine running...squeaking was quite loud as soon as water poured the squeaking changed to a lower sound, then stopped and the squeaking then came back..more water stopped it. I videoed it but unfortunately this forum doesn't seem to allow small vid files

Cam & Aux Belt Tensioner Noise, Recorded.

My belt was slightly overhanging the tensioner pulley which isn’t good, and could fail as it’s not supported properly. If it fails, it could cause major damage as it whips about.
