Spraying The Grills On A A Startline Bumper

I can't say I know much about spraying so this is a long shot....i have a startline bumper so its all one piece, i would like to know if a good sprayer would be able to spray just
the grills in a black gloss or matt gloss, either is ok if possible.
i don't really want to go down the road of buying a new bumper (highline/trendline) and then buying black grills etc.. all un necessary costs if my startline bumper can be sprayed.
Oh i forgot to mention I also want to put on a sportline front spoiler, can this be fit to my existing bumper with sikaflex?
