Solar panel issues some advice please !

After some advice please
Has a full conversion on my t6.1 with a west dubs roof overall happy with my conversion but the the solar panel started curling up at the corners so took it back and the converter said it shouldn’t have done that so they fitted a brand new one and it’s done exactly the same again and he’s baffled why as he fits the same panel with the same method without this happening
I’m thinking of just bonding the corners myself as it’s getting on my nerves
What sika flex is the best to use and is suitable to stick down a tailgate spoiler ?

I've got a couple of ridges in my pop top and I've gone with VHB tape underneath and gorilla tape around the edges. I know some will call this out as cowboy but I've fitted 2 panels now with this and they are solid as a rock. I feel the mix of a flexible panel, the ridges and just relying on a bond like sikaflex there is too much room for wind and water getting under the edges.

Do you know the make of the panel? Black tops for sure reflect the heat more but the curling is really not good.

Don’t drive it, if that panel comes off and injures somebody you could be in deep sh*t
