By the looks of it that has a single XT60 input for both car and solar charging so you can't do both at the same time.
In the specs this allows 10A under 32v and 12.5A over that up to 60v
So the ideal would be to arrange a reasonably cabled and fused (15A?) fixed feed from your electrics to an XT60 to plug in to charge from the van as 10A is a bit heavy long term in a traditional 12v socket.
To get significantly faster from solar you are going to need panels that generate over 32v and 10A to 12.5A isn't the biggest jump so nearer the mid 50v really.
I did the exact same thing! I ordered the c1000 + The expansion battery, awsome deal!
I am looking to charge it will driving using one of these options.
If I am correct, using the Victron Orion TR Smart DC-DC Or the regular one, I should have something like 300 watts vs 120watts max using the 12v car charger.
I've just ordered 2x Ecoflow River 2 Pro - cos they are available refurbished on amazon at £363 each (with a 30% off voucher) just seemed ridiculously low price and I figured I get 50% more juice for the same price I would have paid for the delta 2. (The delta 2 is also available at £609) Hope there is nothing wrong with it. Search for renewed and make sure you redeem the voucher.
