We've had a Smartbed on rails installed and find that its quite difficult to lock the rail mechanism. I've played around with the nuts and bolts on the locking mechanism which does help somewhat.
If I adjust it such that the seat locks in position just tight enough to stop any movement, then I still find that I have to lift the seat with one hand and engage the locking mechanism with the other.
Wondering if anyone else has a similar issue?
