Slight Pressure Damage To Panel

So just for example if some numpty had been screwing a piece of ply lining into to sliding door panel of the van using a screw that was slightly too long and happened to nearly screw through the outside panel creating a small lump showing on the outside where the tip of the screw had pushed into the thin panel.

What would be the best way to fix this?

1) put a sticker on the outside (its not a hold just a lump)
2) get a smart repair company to push it back in? (is this possible)
3) leave it until it causes and issue and then fit a window

any other options?

Cheers

I've watched my smart repair guy fix one of these kind of backward dents, inside out dents, or is it stned? (Work that one out:whistle:)

Anyway, he used a plastic punch and got rid of it perfectly.

2 trades that I think are really amazing are dent guys and plasterers. They do things that defy physics, and leave me watching with a wide opened mouth. Genius.

You haven't seen me lay bricks yet:D

Can you not take it back to whoever lined your van? For me I’d be getting a pdr guy to sort it or if your planning on windows just wait :)

Cheers I’ll get a quote for 2 and go from there, will also use very short screws from now on

I’d go for the second option as well. Now come on fess up, we’re you the numpty with a slightly too long screw?
If not, then why ask the question, take it back to the unprofessional tit that did the work and demand their head on a plate.

Tit.. There's a word @Loz didn't edit into a more diplomatic correction.

Can tits be typed?

Edit: Yes.
