Sleeping In The Front

I've got a kombi with swivel seats and the rear bench and realised that I can lie flat (I'm 6ft) if the seats are swivelled, pushed as close to the dash as possible, and my feet are pointing towards the passenger wing mirror and my body is diagonally across the seats so my head is on the drivers side

I'll need to put something in the gap between the front and back seats, and a mattress of some sort but feels like a simple way of maximising sleeping area with little expense, any one else do this and have any pics of how they've done it?

Sounds like a good use of the front seats. But since i'm 5'5', i just sleep in the Glove compartment....
Try the pointless roof compartment, reckon there’s more room up there than in the poxy glove box.

I'm trying to get my head round this, are you saying just on the front seats? I tried this last night as I setup. I'm only 5'8" and I found if I did this with my feet hard against the door and angled as diagonally as possible, the back of my head was still hard against the other door with no way of being able to straighten my neck out.
