Skyline Pop-Top leaking; am i expecting too much?

I’m no expert on sewing but a replacement doesn‘t look a solution when the design appears to be flawed.
I can’t see how stitching down a woven mesh can be secure, surely it should be welded / bonded in place?

Yea, it’s definitely longer than your issue. I had mine fitted in Cheshire by a fitters that deal with skyline. So frustrating that I have to return to base to get the replacement.

This is exactly the same issue mine has. I also didn’t notice it right away. I now have a 4 hour drive there to get a new canvas fitted. My brackets are leaking too, the 2 at the front that hold the roof down. When roof is up in the rain it’s coming through

Did you get the leaky brackets sorted? Mine are doing the same.
