Shuttle rear 12v outlets

Hi all.
Does anyone know if I can run a 7amp cool box of these for long trips while driving? 8 or more hours drive time. The distance from the battery and relatively small cable worries me a bit.
I’m pretty sure the outlet fuses are under passenger seat and rated at 15 amps.
My last van I put an additional outlet in powered directly from battery through a switched relay. Hoping I don’t have to do the same.
I've not got leisure battery and know I’ll need to switch it off when the engine is off, just don’t want to melt stuff.
Thanks

How odd. That was not the title I typed in the box.
Tittle was meant to be - Shuttle rear 12v outlets.

Should be fine, as you sat, they are fused at 15a so you are running at 50% rating.

We run our compressor cool box from the 12v outlet in the very back of our Shuttle, as you say that cable is protected by a 15A fuse. It has been connected to that socket uninterrupted for 5 days last August and everything was fine.

Awesome. Was hoping it was the case.
Im going to ask a lazy question as I could go outside and check, but are the rear ones permanently live or switched with ignition?
Thanks

So it seems the standard 12 outlets are permanently live. I have one in dash, one just behind passenger slider at floor level, and one drivers side in rear load area at floor level. My one behind slider doesn’t work, but 15 amp fuse under passenger seat is fine.

One linked to stereo in dash powers up as you lock and unlock van and is on same time the lights come on, and obvs when ignition on.

Will have to have a closer look at one not working. I can’t imagine it running through a second fuse.

My Shuttle has four 12v outlets all permanent live, one by the gear stick and the other on the top dash. My two in the back are in the same place as yours but are fed through two separate fuses under the passenger seat. When I bought my van the one just behind the near side slider didn’t work but replacing one of the 15A fuses under the passenger seat sorted it out.

I’ve put a Victron Smart Battery Protect under the passenger seat so both rear 12v sockets will auto shut off if the battery is becoming drained which is perfect for running my compressor cool box and not worrying about the battery going flat.

Thanks, will replace the fuses just to be sure.
I like the sound of that controller. Thanks
