Hi all,

Still patiently waiting for my van and am deliberating about kitchen / furniture layout. Rather than a fixed hob I am considering a removable 2 hob burner ( for cups of tea or pasta inside the van - decathlon do a super small one) and a cadac for cooking outside. Would probably like to keep the sink.

Any way I am looking for inspiration so would be grateful if people could post comments / photos of what works well for them.

The rear of my kombi has removable kitchen unit and bench seat, I used the bolt holes in the floor of the lashing points.
Makes for a universal vehicle

@stuart-t6 Really nice job!! Mine is a Kombi but bought just for camper use - at least for now.

Love how people customise their vans to fit their lives!

Really like that design as you can also fit a bike down the middle. Only me that goes away in the van so may get rid of the exploria double bed and copy you , have you got a contact for the units ? thanks

Hi thanks, I made them all my self, It’s time consuming but worth it.
I could not find any that suited my needs or layout.

These guys did the graphics & emailed the file to Dirty Weekender who then printed it onto a vinyl wrap.

love that! We might need to do that - but can dirty weekender (is this a forum member i couldnt find him/her?) fit it?

I may need to do a similar thing and get someone to fit it here in Switzerland..
