Shall I Flocking do it?

I've purchase a full set of second-hand lower dash trim, A&B pillars and was thinking of flocking them black to match the dash.

Has anyone else flocked their interior and if so can you provide some pictures and do they regret it for any reason?

Any advice would be much appreciated

Seen flocked dashes before and liked the look. Flocked wheels can also look ace.

Not to my taste IMHO flocking should be left in the T5 era, we've moved on

I reckon it should be left firmly in the 80’s and Indian restaurants.

I'll be honest I did have concerns that it's a bit 'T5'.....but I've not seen a T6 done yet and the trims come at a very decent price so I thought I'd have a play with a few ideas using the second-hand parts to save me stripping mine.....and if it looks pants then I haven't ruined mine.

The options are:

Flock
Paint
Vinyl

Flocking awful, ruined a good set of rims.

Flocking is still used by OEM. Inside glove boxes etc.
If done tastfully is excellent. I had interior trim done on my car before i changed back to OEM.

For what it’s worth, I used Flocking Fantastic recently and they were great.

At CamperMart today I saw a superb example of our T6 vans where the dash and door panels were flocked in a very light blue, looked amazing.

Anybody else had anything flocked in their vans.
