As per the title - looking for user experience.
And also any other recommendations for a major service.

My memory could be wonky but I seem to remember when I contacted them a couple of years ago to do a service and cam belt change they said they couldn’t do LWB.

Mine is SWB.
I guess it was a lifting limitation on LWB for them?

Used them for a few Audi & VW cars in the past, but they didn’t come across as a van specialist.
I’ve taken my T6 over to 360 Automotive in Gloucester a few times now, who do a lot of transporter and motor home servicing.

Are you happy with 360 Automotive? (Sounds like you are.)
Listers VW at Droitwich want over £400 for a major service, and since most of it seems to be checks.....

Arthur Spriggs in Tewkesbury is the new main VW Van Service Centre for the Cotswolds after the one in Cheltenham closed down, I’ve only used them for parts so far but they been really helpful.
As their main work is commercial service for lorries (MAN & Mercedes) they can service vans from 6am to 12pm

However for servicing and cambelt changes 360 automotive we’re about 30% cheaper than VW (all using VW parts to keep the warranty valid). I like it when I had the 4motion diff oil service they also removed and cleaned the gauze filters which is not normally done by VW. So far I used them for a full service, cambelt & water pump, diff service, DSG service and MOT and all been spot on.
Only downside was that they so busy (each time I’ve been there always 5 or 6 other VW transporters in for servicing) the jobs can over run, so when I ask for it to be ready by 4pm I’ve had to wait past the time agreed.
Also their loan cars can be a bit ropey so I don’t bother with them now, but no complaints about the level or quality of service.
