Seat Base Question - Help Or Advice Needed....

I have a June 2018 150 DSG Kombi edition with a pretty basic seat on the passenger side, it doesn’t have height adjustment or armrests even though these are std spec on this van (apparently there was a glitch in the order system where dealers thought they were adding adjustment and arm rests but were actually deleting it)

I can get the arm rests and sort that out for around £140 so that’s sorted but I am struggling with he height adjuster.

I have spent a bit of time on oemepc.com looking at seat bases and cant find any non adjustable seat bases, but can find a seat base with additional items which include a height adjuster so i am thinking that the base is the same but the optional adjuster releases this functionality?

Does anyone have any experience here or have you had this issue and found a solution??

By the time you’ve brought the arm rests, height adjuster and new seat base plastic covers, It would probably be cheaper to buy a new captains chair then sell your old one.

Thats an option, does anyone have an idea what a seat is likely to cost?

I paid £850.00 but it was heated, so perhaps a non heated one might be a bit less.....Keep searching, one will turn up.
