Seat Base Height

Hi does anyone know where or how to get a lower seat base for a swivel seat? Just bought one from Jennings very heavy bit of kit says it lowers the seat by 30mm but upon fitting it really does not seem to make the much difference. I can't let my wife drive as I hate sitting so high up nearly gives me vertigo Lol. thought about the ve California seat base does anyone have any idea.

I've got one of these lowered seat bases in my van....I've had no issues with it and my passenger seat is now at a decent height, I'd recommend it.
