Warning it has been reported that an 8 year old child has been sexually assaulted early hours between midnight and 01:00hrs Thursday Morning. Described white man, age 35-50 5ft 10in bald.

I am sure every one takes care anyway and that radio news might already have broached the topic but if anyone is up in Scotland please be additionally vigilant. Have no more news at this time. Not sure best place to post this or if it will be welcomed!
 
Its in the Scottish news papers and on line including BBC now. Evidently the farther saw the man walking away from the adjoining tent. I think that child may have been in one tent and parents another but no absolutely sure. It is just uncase this man is not caught then he could in theory be anywhere. I do not like alarming people unnecessarily but equally forewarned is forearmed and I would rather take the opportunity let people know rather than do nothing. :cautious:

The BBC TV Text changes every now and then changing very slightly the perimeters time suspect description, just slightly. time span Thursday 00:20 - 01:00 Boy in separate tent father in another tent, assailant white 30 - 50, bald on top, farther saw man walking away from boys tent. No mention of any other family member. Most probably more expansive and possibly accurate coverage available on Scottish News Papers. I imagine that information is as need to know an to the point because a crime has been committed and the child’s health mental health and any relatives health and mental health are prime concerns. So teams of relevantly trained staff will be closest at hand. Scotland is a very big place with populations concentrated but numberplate recognition cameras are on many roads and country areas usually have a smaller number of roads but organising manpower is probably slow at first. I guess that he farther first concern was his son and not chasing after someone. It is all very gut wrenching but people should take care and be cautious about their children I guess and try to enjoy their holiday or residence in Scotland.
