Sat Nav Display Dead

Hi all. 2018 T6 transporter.
My Sat NAV / radio / app / media etc display died on me today.
Any one know if there is a way to perform a reset before I call VW and get them to fix it?
All audible items work like radio and Siri but nothing visual, not even the clock when in stand by mode.
Any info would be much appreciated.

About 20sec.

Or disconect battery for 20mins.

Thanks for the advice. Went to start her and try it two hours later and it was straight back on.
I’ll bear in mind your tip for the future.
Would have tried the user manual but (British) and living in Norway where I bought her.
