Roof box and awning rail

Hello random question is it possible to have a roof box with an already installed awning strip ?? Thanks mark

What sort of awning rail do you have currently? Any pictures?

If you're a van roof (not pop top) then you'll need to add roof bars of some description for the roof box to mount on.

The conflict will be if you have already used the mount points in the roof gutter for those. There are cranked c channel options that can fit under the feet of roof rails/bars, sometimes with a bit of fettling.

Thanks for the reply mate I’ve got the C track on now and didn’t know you could put bars on top thanks for the advice
