Roof bars & boxes

Evening all,

I've just had my van (T6) fitted with a SCA 194 elevating roof and was hoping for some advice on roof bars and boxes.

I understand that I need a fixing rail first. Anyone fitted a box onto their transporter? Any tips or recommendations?

Guys just had this moved, hopefully to the correct are now as still interested in people's experiences. Is looking at a bike rack on the tailgate worth while (could mount a box etc when not using for bikes) as ever, all the options seem expensive and not very straight forward.

I'm in the same position as you, looking for the channels, i'be seen people fit Reimo rails but they don't fit in the correct position as far as I've seen.
The official ones that Banwy sell great if you want to go to them (they don't post them).
I'm looking into Unistrut channel looks right just need to look at the loading they will take, and they do them in stainless.
