The thoughts of trying to do it on a sloping driveway strangely enough doesn’t appeal.

If you're on that side of the country, i'd look at Bognor Motors. They installed my B14s, along with many other members off here.

Funnily enough I did ring a few firms up your way, but none got back to me.

I used RS Automotive in Shoebury for my Stance+ coilover kit / ARBs / drop-links.

AMD Tuning at Grays replied - I can’t recall the price but they were dearer than RS (plus are further away from me).
Or Rochford Tyres might be worth a try.

Anyone able to recommend somewhere / someone in Essex area who could adjust the ride height of my Bilstein B14 coilers front and rear?

Need it done in the next few days really.

VW Mad in Rochford (just north of Southend) fitted my initial coilover kit, and are very good value for money.

Thanks. Took it to VW Mad and job done. Thoroughly recommend them! It’s gone up a bit . It’s being sold to a guy who wants to tow a light race car with it to races but wanted it raised a bit to help with the towing. Once it’s gone I’m guessing it’ll pave the way for the next project.
