Hi all, just wanted to big up RG Automotive who some of you more mature members like me will remember as RGA or even Richard grant Automotive from the 80's. I have , ahem a few of their accessories, wheel arches, side mouldings, bonnet protector to name a few and unfortunately have had an issue with the lhs front wheel arch panel. Basically it has what appears to be contamination. I sent pics and had a chat with the sales lady who referred it to the technical department. Next thing the managing director was calling and apologising and promised replacement parts. He did comment that I had quite a bit of their products and commented positively. He then proceeded to ask me what bits I haven't got and then offered , free of charge to supply me a couple of items ( rear bumper Protector and the rear bumper skid plate ) ! Talk about after sales support! By the way I am not linked in anyway to the company ! But very impressed with their response and customer care
