Very pleased today ...had fitted Koni dampers fitted with EBC yellow stuff pads ......Quick..Friendly..and listen’d to my needs......my T32 204 auto had a habit that it wanted to lift the front end and spin the wheels when pulling away (Steve. Recommended adjusting the lift on the dampers ...early days yet but big improvement and the new pads help with brake fade)

Great service

Good to meet you Sir , hope you getting used to that new suspension . Had a great time in Wales yesterday playing with a swamper conversion . wow what a difference to those raised vehicles as well , Eliminated topping out over high bumps, speed humps, and hump back bridges etc

Robs van is completely stripped out at the rear at this point , the Camper conversion process is about to start so we have allowed 10 mm on the rake to accommodate the completion of the work and get the Van set up perfectly .

Just had H&R springs and KONI dampers fitted to my bus by Steve at CRS Performance Cannock, makes a massive difference to handling and style. Steve’s experience, knowledge and customer service are second to none. Highly recommend the fitting service as well saves a lot of time and fitted by experts! Cheers Steve

I’m wanting to get the master to look at my suspension but I’m not sure the journey up from Herts would be considered essential. Maybe I should do it and if I get stopped by the Law invite them for a ride then they might understand and I’ll get a police escort the rest of the way:rofl:

Did you get this done today?

Had the pleasure of having a h and r coilover installed by the lads at CRS in Cannock. Perfectly designed for vans.

Suspension Systems & Tuning from CRS Performance

All I can say is that they are masters of their trade. Incredibly knowledgeable with attention to detail . Highly recommended. 20 inchers , perfectly fitted to my camper. I'm a very happy chappy !
If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay? Did it include fitting and alignment? Did you get the ARB's and droplinks as well?

I have had my camper for 7 months it was bought brand new already converted to my specification. I have run it for 3k miles whilst researching all the current suspension mods. I was getting tired of the wollowy ride, albeit it was comfortable.
For a few weeks I had convinced myself that B14's were the only option having read all suspension upgrade threads I could find. I had looked at a change of springs, coilovers etc.
I then found a thread that Steve from CRS Performance contributed to regarding different suspension set ups suitable for a camper, which suffered from the usual saggy bottom.
To cut a long story short my main focus was retaining comfort but improving the ride and handling as much as possible.
I contacted Steve who was very accommodating and fully explained potential options and the pro's and con's of each.
I finally decided on the KONI sport shocks and H and R springs, with different spring rates front to back to cope with the extra weight, also Steve was able to tune the rebound of the shocks for the 20" alloys.
Well what can I say the improvement is night and day.
The ride is very comfortable and quieter with excellent control for cornering. The whole driving experience has improved ten fold. I was hoping for a big difference and I was not disappointed (I am very particular with any of my vehicles).
I now feel like I'm sitting in the van not clinging on to it sliding around my seat.
Totally transformed and I love it.
I realise that there are many options at different price points but I felt I wanted to get i20200601_084336.jpg20200601_214051.jpgt right first time.
I have attached a couple of pictures before and after for reference.

The way the van looks you could be mistaken to thinking it has coil overs . Nice looking, great ride . cost effective result . thanks for the thread j8mes .

Today we removed a set of Eibach raceline springs that were supposed to be 50 mm ?? the van was actually sitting at 65 mm and the ride was disgusting ,
Eibach don't list a 50 mm spring on their web site so not sure who's brain child this was ?

Please can I ask the cost as it’s something I’m interested in doing to my camper.
