Reversing feed around dash area?

Can any suggest where I could find a reverse live somewhere behind the dash?

DSG, needed for a trigger reverse switch to my dash screen. Fitting a forward cam and want it to switch to reverse automatically.

Your nearest will be the reverse light output from the BCM. Be warned this can cause signal issues due to PWM.

Yeah, I'm a member. Not liking the sound of splicing into the BCM. Sounds like I'm better off running a separate wire back to the reverse light. But having just read some old posts that involved relays etc.
Getting to complex for me now.

I'm sure there was a canbus module referenced on the forum recently that operates a relay for a reverse feed.
