Reversing Camera , No Line On The Screen

Hi, I both my T6 Multivan brend new in stock, so no reversing camera. I paid the dealer extra money to have a reversing camera.
Multivan is ready but I am not satisfy. On the discovery media monitor i do not see the line. What is wrong....camera not original?

I’m guessing they fitted a different camera, it’s worth noting the T6 does not having moving guidelines so your not missing much
