Replacing Alloys

Hi ,
I am thinking of replacing the 16" alloy wheels on my T6.
By having larger wheels, will that affect the speedo reading, mileage on odo on the van & the mpg?
If so, what size is anyone else using, any recomendations?

Larger wheels with lower aspect ratio tyres can have minimal impact on speedo accuracy - you just need to be careful on what combinations you consider. There is a website which allows you to see speedo impact for a given tyre/wheel combo - and I'm sure someone else can remember the link.
Larger wheels and tyres, in general, will have a higher inertia and so will take more energy to accelerate/decelerate but you'll really notice significant differences if you are going to extremes.

Here's the factory sportline option and sizes. 18" rim

I've found choosing new rims really hard. One day I choose a 18” the next 20”.
I keep hearing that the 20” effects the ride comfort, noticeably slower acceleration and dulls the ride. When I read these I then go for a 18” rim till I see a lovely looking run which is 20” only. Constant circle.
I’m getting a 150 edition t30 and changing the suspension to b14’s, will the ride be that bad? I’ve got a Ford Focus zetec s and that’s pretty firm and harsh over bumps, will the transporter be the same?
