T6.1 Removing the plastic 'cubby hole' trim?

Before I go hacking at it, does anyone have any experience removing the plastic around the cab lights etc... Has it got a proper name?

@JOG @Ali-G i did remove it but that was in a T6 and Ali has a T6.1. If it was me I would be looking at using a trim tool tool to remove the panel where the red button is located and work from there.

Did you manage to remove the cover?

Just discovered this today and it does open.

You can remove the small cover with a trim tool however to get the cover back on you need to unclip the unit from ceiling (again use trim tool and prise off) and clip the cover back in place from the inside out.

Small gap in there, with all the SOS and light button cabling but would be a sunglasses holder or storage area if designed right.
