Rear door Lock problem

Hi all
Does anyone Know if this needs to be plugged in, I've had new rear doors after a lorry decided to rear end me.
Now if I unlock the van and only open the back barn door, it re locks again, like it doesn't know the door is open.
No faults showing on Carista.

Yep - It should be plugged in.
Its the lock contact sensor so if you unlock the door but don't open it, after a fixed amount of time it will lock the doors. Carista won't be able to detect this as it's old school.

Sorry but I'm not sure where it should be plugged in. You'll have to remove the lock and look for an empty connector around the striker latch.

I’ve had a look around the lock, but can't see a socket, will attempt to pull the mech forward.
