Ready Assembled Or Flatpack?

Afternoon all, having conversion of my T6 and going to do part of it myself and wondering if its best to get kitchen/cupboard units already assembled or flatpack, and is there much difference in price and are they easy to install/fix. Just trying to save a bob or two
