Radio Composition Audio --> Composition Media - Head Unit Change

I have VW T6 California and need some help in changing the main unit.

Van come with radio composition audio, then I find new radio composition media (5K7035200D).
I mounted radio in the van (needs new adapter and antennae), radio works ok. BT also works,
Only micro and USB are missing (composition audio have integrated microphone and USB in the spark unit). Radio has been disabled for a function (not activated). Then VW service activated, works fine, but BT does not work
no more. Ok, Mic is missing.

What type of microphone do I need to order and how to connect it to the unit?

Also USB device does not work, decoding is required?

I connect this USB to radio:

Data cable to USB: 000 098 602

App connect is not enabled.

Welcome @mlacar182 , if you have changed your radio to a second hand VW media unit, this will NOT work, as they are coded to the original car. The Bluetooth, wireless etc will shut off after 10 ignition on & off cycles! Dealer won't be able to help either I'm afraid.

VW service decode new radio to new car, so it works ok now.

Problem is just missing the mic and decoding the new usb unit.

Radio is from Cady I think, used.
