How do I change my dash so that the adblue reads in litres and not in gallons...... TIA

I don’t think you can unless you want your MPG displayed in L/100km. It’s in units, but will change everything to litres.

In that case it’s in the MFD under “units”

Just go into the units menu on the mfd and select your preference metric or imperial
