Private Reg - Worth Anything?

Hi All,

Bought a private reg a while back and think I might sell it as I've still not managed to get my van delivered.

What do people think it might be worth?

illegally spaced it could be cool X T6.1 XXX BUT you'd have to find someone happy to do that. Id guess anywhere around £400 but could be totally off the mark ha ha

The right ones do go up in value, so I wouldn't say they were a waste.

What other item could you buy and use for what it was intended, it not wear out, need servicing or risk of damage, then still go up in value?

Can’t help but feel that making your own plate and paying the fines when you get caught would be cheaper.

Yeah I was thinking around the £400 to £500 mark, nothing too silly, I really like the reg but im going to cancel my van order.

Will look better on that than it would on my invisible van , its currently on a V750 collecting dust...
