Plugged In Or Die?

With the state of the world as it is at the moment, the van isn't going to get much use.

So just wondered what's best for the leisure battery? To...

a) Leave the van on EHU from the house?

b) Just leave it to run flat (I think this is not good?)

c) EHU every week or so to fully charge, then let it slowly drain again.

I know there's things like trickle chargers etc, but I don't have one... and sorting something like that at present isn't feasible.

SO suggestions please, and thank you.

I use a CTEK mx5 not that expensive on trickle ..but you could ask @Deaky ..or perhaps fully charge it then disconnect if your not using it for sometime:)

If you cant plug it in, charge it up and disconnect the batteries.

They nearly all are smart EHU... It just means you can't overcharge it... But check first what type it is... Either by locating it or ask your convertor.

I'm just plugging in EHU once every 2 weeks for an overnight charge to stay topped up

As for the main starter battery either ctek mx or solar on trickle charge.
