Are these guys based in Solihull? If so, they're probably the outfit I know as Platinum Wave Campers. Whilst I never progressed to buying a van (or a conversion) from them, I can share my thoughts on them if that would help.

Hi we bought our van new from platinum wave in 2022 ,and have been very happy with the van and the build quality,we had a couple of teething problems but they were dealt with swiftly and hassle free so would not hesitate to recommend them.
They do a number of LV upgrades and I had a choice of highline bumpers to select in Ascot Grey, perfect product off very new vans. I had a good look at their new conversions, very impressive it has to be said. Looked good to me. The Coventryshire dealership, worth a trip...

Just waiting for our first van bought from Platinum Wave ……
There's a very useful guy around the back of Platinum called 'Seb' who fixed me up with T6.1 front end parts that are taken from new vans before Platinum do their thing. Seems like a good company from my limited experience, and a good coffee in their showroom!

Been impressed so far, went to camperking but the vans were not the same quality as PWA and their sales staff would not leave us alone. Test drive at PWA was great just gave me the keys and said bring it back when you’re done. Must remember the coffee next time 
I bought a new conversion from them in the end and I was impressed
3 year warranty on conversion
And they were helpful from start to finish
They are limited on what you ask of them outside there build but they dont claim to be a custom conversion company
They did fit me the new F43 Van awning instead of the bulky F45S
They made an error on my upgrade list and forgot to charge me for a captain seat, so instead of me being disappointed they sold it me at cost wich I thought was nice
After sales is stress free also

I must say I have been so impressed too, get van next week they are currently fitting reverse camera and multi rail before I pick it up. Helps to live 5 minutes walk from them too

Had ours for 3 weeks now a few teething issues with the van not the build. All sorted quickly
