I reckon, strictly on the up and up that @Drive Wayne is probably the only member on here who has a missus that doesn't get a pi55y on if she's in a picture.
I regularly get taken to task by the copyright holder here and like @Bigsidavies have taken to photographing birds and trees... or birds in trees and following the removal of the restraining order birds in bushes... on the beach... I was tempted to put on bicycles but probably from bicycles is just ambiguous enough?

Oh my Mrs has to vet them before any get published! Like you, we shy away from any forum attention!

That looks like Cambuslang where my youngest lad and his missus live, near the park.
Was this recent...? Excuse my ignorance but the furthest north we've gone while visiting them was that shopping village at the bottom of Loch Lomond, did go on the boat trip there too and I'll be honest it looked a bit peaky from the boat.

Iguana uprising, this time there were two and I reckon there was a bit of a scene going on as the one on the pool edge was shouting at the one up the tree which in turn was being mobbed by a thrush sized bird, chaos.:geek:

It's Meall nan Tarmachan in the southern highlands, more up Perth way. Fairly recent and an easy quick one to get up. Camped in the carpark and headed up around 5am. I live around 40 mins away from Loch Lomond, spent quite a bit of time there camping on the islands. Even managed to spot the Wallabies that live there on an island a few times. Not too far from Cambuslang also

My mrs is in loads of pics, but any that she posts she sends to the daughter who slims her down in photoshop then sends her the new improved version for the socials.

I've got water blisters on my arms and shoulders, mosquitos have more of my blood than I do but the smartphone hasn't broken down so more sodding pictures.

How warm must black feathers be on a 33C midday?

Apparently that's a Flamboyant Tree and normally native to Madagascar, huge great seed pods about 450mm long hanging down which look exactly like giant sweet pea pods.

I managed to get out for a couple of hours of fresh air after having the lurgi all week, so had a wander to see where the LEO's were up to.
Wow, four chicks. And the parents were both busy feeding the noisy brood.
Then one of the chicks flew onto a branch near to me with the catch it had just been presented with.DSC04830.webp
Amazingly that was shot at 32000 ISO. Crazy what lightroom can denoise and drag detail out of.
