It certainly would have been! Part of the interior is on display in a museum in Philadelphia, US. Pity its that far away and not here in the UK. Still, it is an impressive sight in modern times!

It sure is. Somewhere I will return when I get my T6 and stay for longer and have a drive around the area. My A class motorhome is a bit big for cruising around in.

It’s a Caravan and motorhome club site. If you go there book a non awning pitch which are the ones on the loch side.

Fairly simple stuff

Nikon D750
Nikon 20mm f1.8 lens
Manfrotto carbon tripod
2000lm torch from screwfix to light the scene up (not on the lighthouse - that was torchless)

15 second shot
1600 iso
F1.8 wide open
