I’ve used a Carmount one for the past few years. Different charging/ non charging/ connectivity options and with the MagSafe I’ve never had a single issue. Had one in various cars and just bought my wife one for holding her phone on her side of the van when we go on longer trips. Highly recommended. Usually on some sort of offer too.

Another shout for Brosit!
I have the comfort dash with the top pop storage box, so I opted for this lower mount (only down side is it does partly block the air vent). Then stuck to it, a cheap universal phone holder that adjusts on a spring, making it very universal.

Scanstrut mount, while I’m on the road.
Mounted to a piece of 3mm acrylic sheet, tucks under the vent at the top and two 3mm self tappers at the bottom.
I don’t tend to use it when parked up though, a cable is fine for that and I can chose which battery to draw from.
